The cabin is open year-round which makes it a perfect spot for those outdoor enthusiasts and sight-seers alike. Come enjoy fishing on Pickerel, Crane, and Arbutus lakes. The cabin is located right along the snowmobile trail for the winter, and is just a few minutes from popular ATV trails for the summer. Nicolet National Forest is also just a short drive away, not to mention the numerous hiking and biking trails located around the lake. Pickerel Lake Cabin is about ten miles from Mole Lake Casino, 20 miles from Northern Lights Casino, and 30 miles from Bowler Casino. You will also find several bars and restaurants located around the lake, along with pontoon, jet ski, and fishing boat rentals. There is even a mini golf course just 2 miles down the road, and a 9 hole golf course is just 5 miles away from the cabin.

Pickerel lake has a surface area of 736 acres and a maximum depth of approximately 22 feet. Pickerel lake is relatively undeveloped, so wildlife sightings are very common. Be sure to bring a camera because you never know what you might see!
